Update your profile details and display preferences
This article shows you how to update your profile details and set your email, reply and display preferences in DekkoCORE.
Under your Account Settings, the Profile tab lets you update your personal details and choose a few display and notification preferences. Changes you make here affect your account.
Update your name, photo, position and organisation
- Go to Account Settings
- Open the Profile tab.
On the Profile tab you can update the following:
- Update your name.
- Upload or change your profile photo.
- Update your position and organisation.
- Select if you want email notifications
- Select if you want to include original message in reply
- Select if you want your DekkoCORE to use a dark theme
Select Save to save your change.
Email me about new messages and shared files
Tick this if you want email notifications about new messages and shared files.
Select Save to save your change.
This tickbox applies to all Hubs you belong to. Turning it off stops email notifications for every Hub, not just one.

Include original message in reply
Tick this if you want the original message included when you reply to messages.
Select Save to save your change.
Display preferences
Dark Theme
Tick the Dark Theme to switch DekkoCORE to a dark colour scheme.
The change saves as soon as you turn the switch on. It applies only to the browser you're using, so you'll need to turn it on separately in each browser or device where you want it.
