Create a Hub
“Hubs” are workspaces that are used to manage teams, projects, engagements - whatever you like! The Hub management article covers the tools available for Hub settings.
Invite a User
When you send an invite, invitees will be notified via email. Make sure you check out Hub roles article to understand how membership types work and differ.
Uploading and Sharing
The DekkoSecure application has no limitations on file or folder sizes. It also doesn’t have restrictions on file formats. The Content Display article covers in-app file presentation support.
Using Shared Folders
Uploading to shared folders is the fastest way to share - set up your folder, then use it for uploads with a set group of users on an ongoing basis!
Contributing to a Shared Folder
As a recipient of a shared folder, you can upload files when granted the appropriate permission. Content uploaded to shared folders is automatically shared with the folder owner and any other users that have access to the folder.
Share and Edit a Document
Setting up a document so that that other users can edit requires specific permissions, so ensure you’re setting the right one! The Document Collaboration article covers sharing set up.
Configure Multi-Level Sharing
Multi-level sharing is the next level of collaboration control - sub-folders and files can explicitly shared with individuals, protected the adjacent content from view.
Request a Signature
Signature requests are a fully in-app workflow. The Signature Request article covers all of the request set up options for approvals.
Sign a Document
Document signing makes secure approvals super easy. Check out the Signature Preparation article for tips on importing your signature to your DekkoSecure account.
Status Tags

Enable a Public Submission
Public Submissions are a low-touch method for gathering files. Responders don’t need to make a DekkoSecure account and don’t get access to the platform itself. The Public Submissions article details configuration in detail.
Respond to a Public Submission Link
Public Submission links allow you to share files with the link owner without creating a DekkoSecure account. Files are automatically encrypted notes (like a statement) can be added to your files.
