File listing columns
The file listing view is designed to quickly determine for files that require your attention and easily manage content.
Example file listing:
Owner
The owner column shows who originally uploaded a file or folder. If you upload a file and share it with a user who uploads a new version, their name will be displayed in the owner column.
Name
The name column shows the name of the file or folder. Bold names indicate files that have been shared with you or updated (versioned, edited) since you last logged in.
Date
The date column shows the last time a file was uploaded or updated (versioned, edited).
