This article will show you how to view audit logs with varying degrees of scope
On this page:
View file-level logs
Note: you must be a file owner/admin to view file-level logs
- Navigate to the file, press the ●●● button, and then select "Details":
- Press "View logs" in the right pane, and the file log list will open:
You can also use this panel to retreive previous copies of a file if it has been versioned by selecting the "File history" tab.
View Hub-level logs
Note: you must be a Hub admin to view Hub-level logs
Select "Contacts" in the left navigation bar. Ensure the correct Hub is selected from the dropdown, then open the "Audit logs" tab. Set a time filter and then press the "Load" button:
Press "Export" to download the displayed logs to a CSV file.
View tenancy-level logs
Note: you must be a tenant admin to view tenancy-level logs
Open the tenancy manager. Select the "Audit logs" tab and ensure the correct Hub is selected from the dropdown. Set a time filter and then press the "Load" button:
Press "Export" to download the displayed logs to a CSV file.
