Manage your DekkoSecure subscription

This article will show you how to add/remove users, manage your billing and monitor usage

You need to be an organisation admin to access subscription management features.

Add users to your licence

  1. Open your subscription panel by clicking the usage quota report in the bottom left corner of your Dekko interface:


    You can also go to health.dekko.io/settings/subscriptions and then click on 'Manage Licence'.

  2. When the subscription management panel opens, your current user licensing configuration will be displayed:

  3. To add a user enter their email address. Press enter on your keyboard or click the blue area with your mouse to add them to the licensee list:


    Addresses that are not associated with an existing DekkoPro account will be sent an invite to register.

    Licensed accounts can invite new users to your Hubs and create Hubs.
  4. (Optional) set licensees as organisation admins:


    Admins can access the licence management panel.
  5. Click 'Apply' to save any changes you have made.

Update card or contact details

  1. Open your subscription panel by clicking the usage quota report in the bottom left corner of your Dekko interface:

  2. When the subscription management panel opens, click on 'Billing':



  3. Your stripe subscription management page will open.

  4. After making any changes you can return to Dekko by clicking 'Return to DekkoSecure':

See billing history

  1. Open your subscription panel by clicking the usage quota report in the bottom left corner of your Dekko interface:

  2. When the subscription management panel opens, click on 'Billing':



  3. Your stripe subscription management page will open. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see 'Invoice History':

Cancel subscription

  1. Open your subscription panel by clicking the usage quota report in the bottom left corner of your Dekko interface:

  2. When the subscription management panel opens, click on 'Billing':



  3. Your stripe subscription management page will open. Click on 'Cancel plan':
