This article will show you how to open the browser console to access error displays for troubleshooting
If you observe something unexpected, we might ask you to assist by sending us a screenshot of your web browser's error log. This is found in the "console", and it is easy to find (provided you know the steps!).
- After you observe erroneous behaviour, right click anywhere on the screen in Dekko and then select 'inspect":
- When the inspector opens choose the "Console" tab:
Items listed in yellow can be ignored; items in red indicate that an unexpected action has been detected - will likely be associated with what has ocurred in the app.
- Take a screenshot of the Console window and send it to us in your support request. Be sure to include extra details that you think might be relevant, such as "this has never happened before" or "I'm on a different network to my regular one".
